As an Associate Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses manage their infrastructures flawlessly. Responsibilities Serve as the single point of contact for customers related to Microsoft Azure issues. Learn and use ground-breaking technologies. Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide outstanding solutions to our customer's individual needs. Drive customer communication during critical events. Contribute to knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project). Work with other Consultants to ensure all relevant information is available to resolve incidents or fulfill service requests. Coach and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge in resolving complex cases. Raise incident tickets with Microsoft under our Premier Support arrangement with the approval of the Team Lead. What we need to see from you More than 3-4 years of relevant experience in managing and coordinating Azure services. Extensive hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks. Experience in implementing and supporting Azure infra services such as Log Analytics, Monitoring Services, Cloud Backup Services, and Site Recovery Services. Fundamental experience with Azure cognitive services (ML, AI, etc.), Azure DevOps, and Azure Data & Databases. Good oral and written communication skills in English (C1 level required). Proven experience and desire to work in a multicultural team and environment. Job Function Software & Cloud
