Position Summary  

The Associate Consultant is, with the assistance of senior staffs, responsible for better positioning Arcserve products and solutions, and addressing partners’ and clients' business needs. A successful candidate will accomplish by developing deeper understanding in Arcserve products and values, assessing specific issues of our partners and customers as well as providing technical solutions.

Partner and end user business support to grow Arcserve revenue                  50%

Providing technical and business support to partners and customers to sell Arcserve products/services effectivelyPresenting and demonstrating Arcserve solutions at partner’s eventsCreating and providing solution documentsProviding training to   partner SEs and Sales staffs

* Accomplish the above by taking the lead with the support of senior staffs

Instructing partners and customers at seminars and hands-on training.Maintaining hands-on environments.

Requirements:                                

Experience as an IT engineer for more than 3 years. Knowledge/Experiences of IT infrastructure such as OS, Server, Network, virtualization and cloud are preferred.Knowledge/Experiences of data resiliency solutions such as BACKUP/RESTORE and BaaS/DRaaS are preferred.Good communication and people skills.Excellent command of Japanese in both speaking and writing including ability to use respectful language appropriately (keigo).   Ability of basic level of English to communicate with colleagues abroad, read documents/emails.Ability to create simple and easy-to-understand documents from the readers' perspective.
