Role Profile
We are seeking a dynamic Communications & Content Design Specialist to join our Workforce Technology & Services (WTS) team. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about crafting clear and engaging content that drives awareness, adoption, and understanding of the Firm’s enterprise technology initiatives. You will have a strong understanding of content design principles and user-centric methodologies. Additionally, you’ll work closely with various teams to ensure that all content is aligned with the needs and preferences of end users globally.
What you’ll do in the role:
Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content that supports product adoption, onboarding, and change management.
Collaborate with internal technology partners including product owners and the Global Service Desk to create cohesive and effective content strategies.
Conduct user research and analyze feedback to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in all content produced.
Manage and publish content using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring content is structured, tagged, and optimized for internal search.
Serve as an advisor to technology partners on messaging strategy, content lifecycle, and internal promotion opportunities.
Create and maintain content templates and guidelines to ensure uniformity across all platforms.
Support creative and visual design needs for all adoption and deployment campaigns for end user technologies deployed to the Firm
Manage content projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven improvements.
Ensure that all technology-related content is easy to understand and accurate, making complex information accessible to end users.
Apply creative design principles to develop visually appealing and user-friendly content.
Utilize common design tools and applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and others to create high-quality content.
Apply visual storytelling techniques to improve comprehension and engagement.
What you’ll bring to the role:
3+ years of experience in internal communications, content strategy, digital publishing or public relations.
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
Proven experience in content creation and design, preferably in a user-centric environment.
Strong understanding of user experience principles and content design methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Proficiency in common design and communication tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Salesforce, Sketch, Figma, and others.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $50,000and $60,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses,
