About the role
We are seeking a talented Integration Engineer specializing in Cloud Integration to join our dynamic team. As an Integration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role working with multiple engineering squads to design and implement integrations between cloud-based services and platforms.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, optimal performance, and scalability of our cloud-based Integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS cloud computing, including serverless, functions, APIs, Events, and file integration, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities
Develop high quality Integration capabilities in accordance with Kingfisher standardsProvide insights for improvements by collecting, analysing, and summarising development and service metricsActively engage with the Integration Chapter to drive forward improvements in EngineeringReady to assist teams at short notice to collaborate, fix technical issues or provide expertise and guidanceKeep up to date with best practice engineering tools and techniquesWork as part of an agile squad delivering business value of a high, maintainable qualityRoot cause/systemic problem solvingAssist in the on-going maintenance of Integration Platforms identifying errors or areas of improvement and implement remedial action as agreed to meet service levelsOut of hours Platform support What you'll bring
Skills and Experience
Hands on experience of building integration solutions in AWS and GCPHands on experience of a Cloud hosted Integration PlatformsBreadth and depth of knowledge of Integration technologies, architecture, and principlesDeveloping software to good software engineering principlesWorking experience with PythonExperience of build tools such as Git CILogical and structured approach to problem solvingCustomer facing development experienceExcellent command of English (written and spoken)
