Associate Client Advisor (Cyber)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in New York, New York. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a member of Marsh's cyber team, you will provide expert advisory, develop an understanding of clients' strategic priorities and risk management needs, and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day service and policy delivery. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for new products, develop innovative solutions, and build strong client relationships to support their cyber risk management efforts.

We will count on you to:

Assess the needs of clients and develop solutions to risk situations, across complexity spectrum. Meet with clients directly during meetings and proposals and prepare client marketing messages.

Submit coverage specifications and obtain quotes from carriers, binds coverage and be responsible for the accuracy of programs they have bound. Receive and analyze quotes from carriers and provide analysis and recommendations.

Develop strong working relations with carriers and/or underwriters. Possess a strong knowledge of insurance and risk marketplace including financial strength and risk appetite while keeping abreast of changing insurance and risk market conditions.

Contribute to the firm's body of knowledge on product line by participating in internal networks and working closely with our client teams to support client retention and new business production.

What you need to have:

2+ years of insurance industry experience, Cyber experience is highly preferred

P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

Ability to build strong relationships and resonate with internal colleagues, clients and carriers.

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $149,100.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
