About the Role

Perform administrative and office support activities as per stipulated requirements and benchmarks

Manage outstanding payables, manual payments and Central Provident Fund related payments.

Prepare manual payment and settlement letter to hospital, policy holder and central provident fund within stipulated timeline

Create spreadsheets and generate reports

Ensure that targets are met for department Turnaround Time, Quality and Productivity, in line with KPI goals

Performs other tasks periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Correspond and reply via email to Hospitals / Central Provident Fund or other relevant parties on any enquiry related to payment and central provident fund cases
