Associate Channel Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Channel Marketing plays a crucial role in our strategy to deliver a best-in-class customer experience through strategic promotional strategy and commercialization. It consists of effectively communicating, partnering, collaborating, and innovating with The Home Depot and many departments within TTI - including sales, product, marketing, and Team TTI. This role requires a self-starter with strong organizational skills, multitasking skills, and communication skills as well as the desire to observe, analyze, and constantly improve processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support and align the needs of each business unit with Team TTI to ensure we effectively communicate expectations and achieve desired results and performanceProvide excellent teamwork and collaboration to positively impact the teamUnderstand the needs analysis of selected segments, how it ties the channel, and create a marketing plan specific to the target market for growthInteract with all functions of the business to lead the commercialization process as it relates to driving field execution and resultsUnderstand the product development process and differentiators to effectively place and promote new items in the sales environmentUnderstand and manage the strategy for assigned categories of SKUs and collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure projects are executed at a high level and delivered on timeCollaborate with the sales team and channel partners to create customer marketing materialsCommunicate and validate the marketing strategy by channel and as a business team to the designated sales team

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Marketing or Sales preferred.Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Product, or related field.Must possess mechanical aptitude and excellent skills in organization, leadership, communication, and time management.Ability to manage metrics that drive performance.Strong interpersonal skills to work on a fast-paced, multi-tasked team, and rapidly growing business.Ability to work in a process-driven environment where priorities change rapidly with firm deadlines.Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite applications with a preference for intermediate Excel skill or aptitude to learn.
