This is a key leadership role and a rare opportunity to join a growing organization at the ground level. As Associate Center Director, you’ll work closely with the Center Director (and owner/operator) to lead day-to-day operations while building deep, meaningful relationships with families. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to run a Sylvan center—with a clear path to promotion and the chance to lead a center of your own.

What You’ll DoDrive enrollment: Confidently lead family consultations, guide them toward the right program, and ask for the enrollment with clarity and care.
Build trust with families: Follow up with warmth, answer concerns with honesty, and make every parent feel like a valued partner in their child’s success.
Execute local marketing: Help implement proven outreach strategies to grow awareness and referrals.
Deliver platinum-level service: Keep families engaged by providing personal updates, progress reports, and consistent communication.
Own performance metrics: Support the Center Director in managing revenue, expenses, and collections while spotting areas for growth.
Support your team: Assist in training and motivating instructors to ensure quality instruction and team cohesion.
Grow professional relationships: Strengthen connections with local teachers, school administrators, and parent groups to build community partnerships.
What You BringA bachelor’s degree (required).
2–3 years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience.
A strong sales mindset: You’re comfortable guiding conversations, handling objections, and confidently presenting solutions.
A passion for education and making a difference in families’ lives.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Organizational skills and a desire to take ownership.
Availability to work Monday–Thursday 10:00 am–6:30 pm and Saturday 9:30 am–1:30 pm.
What You’ll GetCompetitive pay: $24–$25/hour ($49,920–$52,000 annually) with performance-based bonuses
