The Associate Care Generalist is responsible for acting as first point of contact for Associates on all transactional, process and operational HR matters and providing specialist knowledge on certain processes within the centralised team.
This position reports to the Associate Care Experience Manager, UK/I and is part of the Associate Care Experience Team located in Portsmouth and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
Respond to tier 1 UK and Ireland HR queries via the ACE PlatformLead on process improvement of transactional activities across the UK and IrelandReview data in ACE Platform to create knowledge centre content and guidesProvide timely support the HR Team with all administrative and operational activity and HR cyclical processes, including coordinating and organising monthly payroll activity.Responsible for accuracy of associate data in HR System and creating and maintaining associate documentation in line with GDPR regulationsProvide HR Advisory support on leave of absences (sickness, maternity, paternity etc) and other employee relations processes, escalating to the relevant HRBP as appropriate where the matter becomes more complex.Lead on specific HR functions or processes e.g. Kronos, Payroll, Workday integrationsWho you are:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience (indicative) in a HR Administrative Role gained from a fast paced large Corporate/ Professional Services Environment/ Multinational organisation.Degree level education or equivalent / Foundation level CIPD (desirable).High level of attention to detail / accuracy and the ability to be able to effectively prioritize / escalate and handle a large workload.High proficiency using technology and IT / HR systems.
