Job Description
We are seeking a Associate Campaign Marketing Manager to drive and execute always-on and tactical marketing campaigns that enhance user engagement, retention, and conversion. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing multi-channel campaigns through owned media platforms, including email newsletters, app push notifications, and platform merchandising slots. Working closely with the Strategy Growth Manager (SGM) and cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless alignment between campaign execution and overall growth objectives.This role requires a data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized marketing professional with a strong ability to analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies for maximum impact.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute always-on and tactical marketing campaigns to engage users at different stages of the customer journey.Plan and manage marketing promotions utilizing owned media channels, including: Email marketing campaigns (segmented, personalized, and automated)App push notifications (timely, relevant messaging for retention and re-engagement)Platform merchandising slots (featured promotions, personalized offers, and content placement)Align campaign plans with Strategy Growth Manager (SGM) and broader business goals to maximize performance and ROI.Work closely with creative, product, and content teams to develop compelling messaging and visuals.Performance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, engagement rates) and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Use A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, push notification copy, and merchandising placements for higher engagement.Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM tools, and platform dashboards) to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.Provide regular reports with actionable insights to internal stakeholders.User Segmentation & PersonalizationImplement targeted marketing strategies by segmenting users based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.Develop and execute personalized campaign experiences to enhance user engagement and retention.Optimize user journeys across different channels to increase conversion and lifetime value (LTV).Collaboration & Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with SGM, CRM, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of campaign objectives.Coordinate with regional/global teams to leverage best practices and ensure consistency in messaging.Partner with creative and content teams to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in campaign marketing, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in e-commerce, travel, or digital platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and push notification tools.Experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis to optimize engagement and conversion.Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and develop data-driven marketing strategies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Fluent in Japanese; business-level English proficiency preferred
