Experience Required

Able to convey ideas clearly and succinctly through written communication Persistent and determined in the face of adversity Effectively manages their time to deliver work efficiently Always applies a customer service mindset and strives to deliver customer delight Bachelor’s degree, preferred Customer Service skills Excellent oral and written communication skills required Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred Basic ability to understand and manipulate data from a variety of sources Basic familiarity with basic understanding of Supply/Demand
