Associate Business Systems Analyst

As an Associate Business Systems Analyst you will engage in dynamic troubleshooting, strategic problem-solving, meticulous documentation, and comprehensive testing. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to efficiently pinpoint and resolve organizational business needs, setting the stage for impactful contributions and professional growth.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Oracle Configurator models, UI, and integration with Oracle Order Management and other modules. Support full lifecycle configuration management, including model design, testing, deployment, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Sales Operations, and IT to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Configurator models and logic. Provide end-user support to business stakeholders and system users regarding Oracle Configurator functionality and enhancements.  Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.  Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Ability to handle and run multiple priorities concurrently. Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.  Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: General knowledge of SQL queries, UFT scripts, and Excel VBA. General knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, or Configit Ace. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Our Culture & Commitment to You:

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $51,000 - $76,500 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
