As an Assoc Business Sales Specialist you will play a vital role for BJ’s Wholesale B2B group. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our sales performance by providing accurate and timely sales analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, as well as experience with MS Office suite of tools. The candidate should be a proactive, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.

Areas of Responsibility:

Develop and maintain key reports for key business processes, utilizing a multitude of tools and technology, including (but not limited to) Excel, SAP, and CRMCollects and evaluates sales data and analyzes economic conditions to measure the attainment of sales objectives.Prepares sales and product forecasts, recommends quotas for sales representatives, and advises on changes in promotional efforts.Presents sales reports to management.Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.Document and analyze processes for potential optimization or automation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred0 years - 3 years prior sales analyst experienceAnalytical and strategic thinking skills.Experience with SAP or other ERP systemsGood Microsoft office skills and experienceStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentMust be strong individual and team contributorExperience with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) is a plus

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $44,500.00.
