**Job Summary:**
This position works using technology to streamline and improve business processes; Provide SAP and business process knowledge for the analysis, design, and development of applications; Follow up and take proper actions to provide IT support to issues resolution following the Standard Operating Procedure in Global Information Technology (GIT).
**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Understands and applies Information Technology standards to support daily operations and project implementation.
+ Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve complex problems.
+ Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business.
+ Perform the design, unit testing and coordinate business integration tests of systems in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.
+ Devise and recommend inventive and creative solutions to solve complex business problems.
+ Collaborate with Business Partners in the construction of business requirements.
+ Document detailed specifications of configuration design, tests, and training programs.
+ Share development / design documents with other IT members and/or business users.
+ Perform system configuration in SAP and components.
+ Build and maintain positive relationships with business partners and peers.
+ Work directly with SAP on a technical level in order to solve application issues.
+ Maintain production systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes.
+ Support day to day business requirements according to Global SLA.
+ Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available.
+ Partner with internal Information Technology Organizations such as Global Development, Risk Management, Global Shared Service Organization and other cross-functional business units as necessary.
+ Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT peers, business partners, customers and external resources.
+ Participate and contribute in special projects or initiatives such as institutional programs, committees and others.
+ Lead and coordinate implementation of medium and large size projects across the division.
+ Understand and apply GIT 5 Steps Methodology to build plans and implement projects.
+ Coordinate activities of internal and/or external resources according to project needs.
+ Contribute to multiple projects at the same time.
**Expected Skills:**
+ Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
+ Strong ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, technologies, individuals and cultures
**Basic qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent.
+ Business Bilingual (Spanish / English)
+ A proven track record of performance with a minimum 1 year in IT role developing, configuring, implementing or supporting SAP S/4 or ECC technology, Sales and Distribution or other modules.
+ Coordination of external resources for IT implementations.
+ Strong desire to expand knowledge of SAP applications on a technical level.
