Associate Business Development Manager
**Description** The associate BDM role will own working with the global BDM team to drive growth across multiple markets and ecosystems as well as work with sales teams worldwide to develop relationships and drive deep and broad customer strategic engagements. The nature of the business is very sophisticated and focuses on understanding the linkages between companies. This role will affect top line revenue for Tektronix and provide the opportunity to collaborate with leaders and architects at some of the top companies in the world while still driving the selling motion! **Responsibilities** : + Develops and maintains the ecosystem mapping for identified markets + Develops global value selling collateral for vertical markets + Develops and executes prospecting programs focused on identifying and gaining access to new companies and customers + Works with vertical market BDMs to develop and optimize standard work and best practices + Maintains overall visual management for Tek’s engagement with top customers in the market + Works directly with the field sales teams to jointly drive key account management strategies in market maker accounts + Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities and create compelling presentations for field teams to use to open doors and build credibility + Owns conceptualization with customers focused on forward looking industry trends **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in EE, ME or equivalent + Ability to synthesize information from a wide variety of sources resulting in an overall growth plan + Effective verbal and written communications. Ability to deliver effective training to internal team members, solution partners or to enable customers to understand Tektronix solution benefits. + Ability to work alone or in teams.
