Associate Business Development Manager
Work Flexibility: Hybrid

We are looking for our future Associate Business Development Manager to join our team in Moscow. As such, you will be responsible to develop business for the assigned portfolio, build relationships and gain a good understanding about the products required in the market whilst building relationship with HCPs and manage dealer/distributor relationships.

What you will do:

Demonstrate products to distributors and end users in the area/region of responsibility.

Build relationships with physicians and industry KOLs.

Work with Marketing to plan and implement professional education programs for physicians in the respective region.

Develop relationships with dealers to assist in defining business strategies.

Conduct price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in house guidelines and up to contract conclusion

Assess the dealers’ performance for the region and evaluate it on a regular basis

Implement successful product introductions in the region as defined by the EEMEA marketing team strategy

Continually research & update the knowledge of our product portfolio and product features as well as the understanding of the business and the market complexities in which we operate ,

Plan, execute and monitor all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget.

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related. 

First significant experience in a sales/business development role within medical field, ideally in the

Operational level in English and Fluency in Russian

Knowledge of administrative processes whithin hospitals, work with KOLs, and dealer network in the region. Familiarity with ICM processes and dealer agreements.

Ability to establish communication with persons of different level (nurse, doctor, administrator, IC manager, warehouse worker)
