Summary:

The Associate Business Analyst position will be based in Chennai reporting to IT Manager.

In this role, you will be In-charge of for exploring complex business problems in order to provide solution and process designs to make them more efficient. Also discuss with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent

What a typical day looks like:

Research complex business problems and propose solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.Test the solutions and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of business requirements.Coordinate end-to-end deliver of business requirements and support deployment of the solutionsCommunicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Functional knowledge, education background financial processesTypically requires 2 - 5 years of related experience.Demonstrates knowledge of functional conceptsHas awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.Knowledge of Baan5/LN Finance implementation is preferredTeam focus, good communication and documentation skills
