ASSOCIATE BRAND MANAGER, SEEDLIP & DNAB

About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join Diageo’s non-alc business (‘DNAB’ - Diageo Non-Alcoholic Beverages), which is one of the fastest growing segments today. In this hybrid role you will be responsible for supporting the Seedlip brand and building the ‘DNAB’ brand as both an internal rallying cry and an external business story.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Drive Day-to-Day Brand Execution for Seedlip (70%)
Support development and execution of the annual marketing plan (MBP) for Seedlip in partnership with the Senior Brand Manager to deliver key growth drivers for the brand.Act as day-to-day lead on select brand initiatives, ensuring strong coordination across Creative, Digital, Experiential, and Trade Marketing teams. Manage timelines, deliverables, and key workstreams for respective go-to-market activations and cross-functional campaigns.Own budget tracking and A&P management, ensuring accurate PO processing, forecasting, and reconciliation.Analyze brand performance, gather competitive intelligence, and support reporting efforts to inform strategy and track KPIs.Lead internal comms plan for Seedlip, highlighting key wins and initiatives broadly across marketing and beyond.Build day-to-day relationships with agencies and internal cross-functional partners driving for greatness in creative, communications and commercial planning.2. Lead Internal & External DNAB Comms and Programming (30%)
Support Head of Marketing and Brand Leads on DNAB-wide initiatives, including internal communications, PR/media relations, and corporate brand storytelling.Collaborate with internal Diageo teams (e.g. Inclusion & Diversity, Corporate Relations) to identify and activate internal engagement moments aligned to the DNAB portfolio values and purpose.Support portfolio across brand-in-culture activations and PR efforts, partnering with agency teams to develop programming that builds equity across the entire portfolio.Support portfolio brand integration into key trade marketing and commercial programming with National Accounts and Field Sales teams to support awareness and education of the non-alc category.Contribute to DNAB portfolio positioning and storytelling efforts across customer presentations, internal materials, and partner touchpoints.Become an expert on non-alc trends and drinking culture by delivering ad-hoc consumer insights and reports.Ad-hoc administrative support for marketing team.Experience/skills required :
Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer marketing Experience in data and analytics management and understanding trendsDemonstrated capability to be forward-thinking, resourceful and entrepreneurial to create out-of-the-box ideas that can drive disproportionate impact.Strong curiosity and appreciation for what it takes to build high end luxury and long-term brands with consumersExperience leading cross-functional relationshipsConsumer package goods experience preferred; three-tiered industry and/or alcohol beverage experienceCollaborative and cultural leaderUS experience preferredKey Functional & Leadership Capabilities:
