Associate Brand & Customer Manager

Job Description

Position overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Associate Brand & Customer Manager to join our dynamic and committed Oncology Team. As the Oncology BCM you will be responsible for supporting the development of strategies for new Oncology product indications.

 

Responsibilities:

Analyze local market conditions to identify commercial opportunities and allocate resources effectively

Cooperate smoothly with regional and global marketing teams to align, develop and execute effective local marketing strategy for the oncology portfolio (including new launches).

Lead cross-functional teams’ efforts to ensure alignment with brand/ indication priorities.

Provide clear strategic guidance to Sales Teams on regular bases

Enhance customer’s experience utilizing traditional and digital communication channels.

Establish and maintain professional relationship with scientific leaders and key stakeholders.

Provide accurate forecasting for brand / indication volumes

Manage promotional budgets with high level of forecast accuracy including monthly phasing

Prepare and execute pre-launch activities for new indications

Support cross-functional team to bring innovative medicines to polish patients

 

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a relevant scientific field.

Minimum 1 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial/marketing roles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in English for business purposes and fluency in the local language is required.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think creatively.
