The Associate Auditor is responsible for identifying, assessing, responding to, and monitoring risk for each function they support. They are responsible for ensuring Broadridge provides impeccable customer service by upholding accuracy and integrity for each transaction and or service.
The Associate Auditor will assist in the development of new procedures that ensure the accuracy of our services as well as provide training and on-going feedback. They will work with Audit management to complete external and internal audit testing, and update audit procedures when necessary. The Associate Auditor is able to successfully prioritize when faced with request, demands, and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of audit documents for new and existing procedures.Analyze and verify Transfer agency transactions were processed correctly with the necessary requirements.Document and resolve errors discovered during the audit process.Maintain service level agreements by ensuring documents are validated within the agree upon timeframe. Forms can be, but not limited to Financial, Account Maintenance, Lost Certificate, annual due diligence, and escheatment mailings.Troubleshoot failures in Axia systems to ensure the proper team will provide the correct remediation.Provide OnDemand support for billing team to ensure invoices are readily and available - monthly.May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredAbility to analyze and understand complex transactions.2-3 years of hands-on experience in Auditing, Accounting or Quality Assurance.Ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks within established time constraints, and interact closely with various levels of staff and management.Knowledge of advanced Excel formulas and v-lookups with the ability to build charts, pivot tables and macros.Other skills:
