Associate Attorney
Description We are looking for an Associate Attorney with a strong litigation background and 2-4 years of relevant experience to join our client's law firm in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia, PA in Mongomery County, near King of Prussia / Plymouth Meeting. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cases across financial services, healthcare, and securities, providing meaningful representation to clients while building expertise in antitrust and civil litigation. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court appearances, government agency hearings, and private matters. • Conduct thorough research and analyze legal issues to provide sound advice and case strategies. • Draft and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs with attention to accuracy and detail. • Participate in client meetings to discuss case specifics and provide regular updates. • Interpret and apply laws, rulings, and regulations to advocate effectively for clients. • Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery platforms like Relativity, to collect and review relevant evidence. • Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and law clerks to ensure efficient case management. • Prepare compelling written and verbal arguments to present facts and defend client positions. • Stay informed on antitrust and litigation developments to enhance case outcomes. • Handle additional duties as assigned to support the firm's operations Requirements • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania with active bar admission. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, including civil and antitrust matters. • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and e-discovery platforms like Relativity. • Strong written and oral communication skills, with attention to grammar and clarity. • Solid organizational abilities and time management skills to handle multiple cases effectively. • Familiarity with Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
