This position provides the opportunity to handle catastrophic personal injury (PI) cases and mass tort litigation while working alongside experienced attorneys and a supportive team of legal assistants. + Litigate personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. + Maintain regular client communication, providing updates and empathetic support. + Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and other legal documents. + Analyze case facts and develop effective litigation strategies. + Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and motion arguments. + Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a structured yet dynamic environment. + Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity. + Advocate for injured clients, recognizing the personal and legal value of each case. Requirements Core Required Skills: + Strong writing and verbal communication skills. + Organization and attention to detail essential for complex cases. + Desire to zealously advocate for clients and an appreciation for the significance of their cases. + Licensed attorney in good standing, preferably licensed in Minnesota. + Motion practice experience and relevant litigation abilities. Preferred Skills: + Previous personal injury or mass tort experience.
