Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Position: Assistant Vice President** **Operation Department** **Key responsibilities:** + Responsible to liaise with customer for requesting, verification on supporting documents for foreign remittance and trade finance transactions. + Support customers ‘inquiries by providing sounds advise on export/import/foreign and domestic remittance to enhance their business. + Review and verify day-end reconciliation for daily inward and outward. + Liaise with respective counterparties for Sanctions and AML (Anti Money Laundry) related Hot scan screening, RFI (Request for Information) emails to be able to release the transactions screening in time and efficiently. + Submit for required internal monthly report to management and provide the document to compliance. + Control and monitor regulatory export proceed report and import payment report. + Responsible to prepare the compliance daily report, regulatory daily, weekly, monthly, semiannual, annual and ad-hoc reports to submit in timely manner. + Liaise with operation staffs in other business areas to maintain the stable operation environment. + To liaise with system team to solve the system issues and gives suggestion for improvement. + To corporate with system team to enhance the data management system for generating necessary reports correctly. + Prepare reports and any communication for Head of Department and Head Office in a timely manner. + Handle and Lead to prepare and submit to all transactions related and all directive reports. + Collaborate inter-departments tasks and lead the team for betterment. + Be able to go for business trips for local and oversea if assigned. + Provide the guidance, advice, and support to colleagues in the same department. + Assist the HOD in any Ad-hoc duty as delegated. **Qualifications & Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree + Minimum 5 years’ working experience in banking industry. + Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills. + Proficient in English **Key Competencies:** Knowledge about Sanction screening, AML, Regulatory compliance Able to manage for regulatory reporting.
