Job Overview
Your focus will be the area of SAP OTC Associate Architect and will be member Lifesciences ERP-Delivery. We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Associate Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP solutions, particularly in the Order to Cash (OTC) process, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, governing, and supporting SAP OTC solutions to meet business requirements. The SAP OTC Solution Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and other enterprise systems.

 

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, governance, and optimization of SAP OTC (Order to Cash) processes in line with business requirements.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.Provide architectural expertise and best practices to ensure scalable and efficient SAP OTC solutions.Develop and configure SAP solutions for order management, billing, invoicing, credit management, and customer master data management.Oversee integration of SAP OTC with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO) and third-party systems.Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.Lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations to stakeholders and project teams.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other SAP professionals.Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.Stay updated on SAP innovations and recommend system enhancements or new functionality to improve business processes.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the OTC module and provide solutions to technical and functional problems.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP implementation and configuration, with at least 5 years focused on the SAP OTC process.In-depth knowledge of SAP modules related to Order to Cash, including SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP FI (Financial Accounting), and SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management).Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP projects and managing the delivery of complex solutions.Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in the order-to-cash cycle, from order management to billing, collections, and cash applications.Experience with SAP Fiori applications and SAP Cloud solutions is a plus.Familiarity with integration techniques such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFC, and SOAP/REST web services.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.SAP certification in SD (Sales and Distribution) or related modules is a plus.

 

Desirable Skills

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration.Knowledge of industry-specific best practices in the OTC domain (e.g., manufacturing, retail, distribution).Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall).Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment.

Certifications (Preferred)

SAP OTC Certification.SAP Certified Technology Associate in SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud Platform.

SAP ERP.Microsoft Office.Service NOW.Experience with SIEM tools is preferable.
