Job Description We are seeking an experienced an Associate Architect to lead our multi-family, mid-rise, high-rise, and commercial projects. You will help the firm with business development within New York Cities mixed-use and multifamily industry. Responsibilities + Business development + Lead project design and drawing production to ensure the highest quality outcomes. + Coordinate project tasks and manage construction administration effectively. + Mentor junior staff and provide guidance in project management. + Ensure compliance with building codes, client preferences, and overall design intent. Essential Skills + Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and 3D computer modeling software. + Experience in business development, project management, project coordination, and architectural design. + Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects in NYC + 20+ years of architectural experience Work Environment Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with Monday-Thursday in the office and Fridays from home.
