Responsibilities Be part of a team servicing Learning & Development services. Learning Program Administration Support Partner with Program Manager in supporting pre-deployment activities Assist in onboarding designated Program Manager for global program delivery Supporting participant nominiation process Scheduling cohort deployments (dates, times, etc.) Calendar invitations/management Program Deployment Support Sending communications to program participants to encourage engagement and keep current in program activities and deadlines Running reports to monitor participant engagement Facilitate adding/removing program participants Post Program Support Manage participant rosters and loading to LMS Collect program feedback Qualifications 2+ years of Learning Program management or project management experience preferred 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in a shared services/customer service or a related field Experience of working in a HR environment or shared services role Experience of Talent Management systems/ cloud applications ( ideally SuccessFactors/ SAP) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures. Ability to navigate a complex matrixed and virtual environment Customer focused, and results orientated with attention to detail and solution focused mentality Strong sense of ownership, systematic troubleshooting and ability to follow through tasks to completion The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities with the flexibility to meet the demands of the team when needed Experience in service delivery/ HR Operations Strong project management skills - ability to create training plans and execute to completion Experience of working across markets/ cultures would be desirable Strong communication skills and fluency in English
