**Relevant Skills:** + 0-3 years of experience in performing business or system analysis.  + Bachelor, Master, or MBA degree preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Supply Chain   + Utilize and manage Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) systems to drive efficient transportation and trade activities. + Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into technical requirements.   + Fundamental understanding of SQL and PL/SQL and relational databases.   + Experience or understanding of object-oriented programming.   + Knowledge of Oracle Inventory or other supply chain modules will be preferred. + Ability to work and collaborate with business and cross-functional teams. + Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. + Experience and or knowledge of Agile Methodology is a big plus. + Good presentation and communication skills. + Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated. + Ability to be innovative, have outside-the-box creativity, and present alternative ideas. + To be a good active listener and communicator + Proficiency in utilizing Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) for logistics and trade compliance operations. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $58,400.00 to $73,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
