JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT

The Ethics and Compliance Analyst will contribute to designing, developing, implementing and promoting awareness of our organization's business ethics policies. We seek a professional to apply basic principles, theories and concepts to help ensure company business complies with regulations and laws.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Investigate complaints and verify that deficiencies are corrected.Contribute to developing employee communication and training programs that focus on the elements of a company wide compliance program.Help monitor our organization's standards of conduct and ethical relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, employees and communities.Maintain current knowledge of laws for financial, advertising and marketing reporting, regulations and industry guidance that affect the company compliance program.Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience Knowledgeable in PowerPlatform and O365 solutions (PowerBI, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel)Demonstrated ability to work with multiple partners and teams, managing time and deadlines responsiblyHigh level of personal integrity with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive informationSelf-starter, ability to work independently and handle shifting prioritiesStrong strategic thinking/problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyIntermediate English level (to be evaluated) 

PREFERRED

1+ years experience supporting a global ethics and compliance program for a multinational firmKnowledge in User Experience and User InterphaseAgile metholodogies familiarityExperience working on a collaborative environment and leading projects
