Associate Analyst, Clinical Informatics (10AM - 7PM PST Hours, Rotating Weekends) - REMOTE

Job Summary
As a frontline ambassador for Care Connections, you’ll ensure every patient has a smooth and positive telehealth experience. Your role includes preparing patients for virtual visits, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving connectivity problems. You’ll provide responsive support across phone, email, and text, helping patients feel confident and cared for throughout their telehealth journey.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Assists in the hardware and software support of clinical, practice management and operational workflows.Participates in the system implementation life cycle including but not limited to planning, implementation, training, and post implementation support.Assists in problem/issue resolution related to hardware and software applications.Minimum 2 years of experienceExcellent customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or other comparable softwareEmpathy/passion for working with senior, disabled, low income populationsExperience diagnosing hardware and software issuesAdept with configuring smartphones, iPhone and AndroidStrong phone, verbal and written communications skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience coordinating with multiple departmentsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyMaintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Job Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

HS Diploma or GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

4+ years of experiencePreferred Clinical IT backgroundExperience with EHR applications, a plusBilingual (English/Spanish), a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Working environment is generally favorable and lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions.
