Associate Administrative Assistant
Overview The Assoc Admin will support the Gilroy, CA facility. Duties include but are not limited to: Unauthorized Override Code Reporting, Wholesale Pricing, Ad Hoc Reporting, Presentations, Period/Quarterly Trend Report, Daily and/or Weekly Operation Report Responsibilities Provide administrative support to ASM and location managers Create/Process Purchase Order Requisition in SAP – MyBuy Ensure S&D invoices are paid timely, accurately and with the proper approvals utilizing SAP - MyBuy and P-Card Ensure Free Goods process is executed according to policy and reconciled each period Frontline staffing functions: ADP Site Captain, I9 Verification, New Hire Orientation, Uniform inventory, On-Site inventory, event ownership Payroll support functions: Meal & Break report, Kronos badge distribution, attendance tracking/accruals, commission statement distribution Settlement/Cashier duties LPO for Security LPO for Telecom Maintain coupon process according to control guidelines ERG communication Maintain calendars and schedules for S&D meetings/events Maintain organization charts and contact lists Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential matters and materials. All other duties as assigned COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,600 - $68,050 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
