This position will support delivery team to achieve plan and business transformation priorities by providing administration support in compliance with Pepsico Global Compliance Standards. Responsibilities Support delivery team to achieve plan and business transformation priorities by providing administration support with the focus on: Daily Count and Verify Funds of xx routes submitted by Drivers within 24-48 hours. Timely route finalization and communication/reconciliation of DOS and High Risk activities. Accurate and timely deposits within a controlled cash room environment. No route auto finalization and minimal document auto settlement. Reduce bank adjustments to less than $100 per year by ensuring all check scanning processes are executed and any check adjustments are corrected. Continue to follow NSF and Check Acceptance policies to minimize P&L exposure to losses. Sustain process to ensure Driver High Risk items are researched by Del Sups with evidence of review and action taken; ensure SAP is updated w/ all notes. Complete Schoox Academy for Settlement with a goal of 80% correct answers. Communication daily/weekly reports to appropriate location management. POD Exceptions and any driver overage/shortages. Weekly POD compliance reports. Contribute to continued cultural growth by: Assist with implementing National/ Divisional/Market cultural agenda initiatives to strengthen location relationships and team cohesion. Identify barriers and processes where collaborators feel work can be simplified and create spaces to develop new actions. Leverage PepsiCo tools to enhance personal growth in the organization. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,600 - $68,050. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications High School diploma. Demonstrates tact, integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others, both internally and externally. Experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets and presentations for review. Ability to prioritize work and multi-task with a strong sense of urgency. Commitment to excellence in customer service; ability to work with minimal supervision and feel comfortable making decisions with little managerial input. Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills including sensitivity with confidential information. Proficient written and oral communications skills and the demonstrated ability to clearly, concisely, and persuasively communicate oral and written messages consistent with company policy to both internal and external audiences, using appropriate tone, grammar, and word usage.
