Associate Administrative Assistant
**Job Overview:** The Associate Administrative Assistant supports the administration group and works closely with their supervisor to follow clearly defined general services procedures. The Associate Administrative Assistant is a role that allows for the development of new administration-related skills. The Associate Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing basic administration activities and using existing procedures, to solve straightforward problems. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** + Adopt quality, health, safety, and environmental program of the Company + Sort and archive appropriate documents by company policy + Work on projects as needed by management + Develop, revise, and maintain departmental files and databases + Receive visitors and respond independently when possible + Use Microsoft Office programs on a computer to create documents and correspondence + Produce reports as required + Handle special projects or duties as assigned by the departmental manager + Ensure that company objectives, policies, programs, and procedures are consistently adhered to **Essential Qualifications and Education:** + High School Diploma + 1-2 years’ experience + Ability to perform cost and data analysis + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work as a team and to work independently and collaboratively with others + Strong analytical skills \#LI-LD1 Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
