Associate Administrative Assistant
Overview Position is to manage day to day receipt of cash and checks from customer sales rep, prepare bank deposit and update cashiering system, as well as maintain an organized office and respond to customer inquiries. Responsibilities Technical Skills: Provide dedicated cashiering support in a professional, confidential and organized manner Ability to verify CR (customer representative) deposits and prepare consolidated bank deposit on a daily basis Update cashiering system by CR and customer specific information Daily interaction with all Functional Teams Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism on a daily basis Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations Ability to track CR over/short amounts in excel and communication issues back to CR or sales manager Administer specific applications/time bound processes to include specific ERT, ESC, SAP and excel programs Leadership Behaviours: Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others, both internally (Functional Teams) and externally. Must be strong team player and assist other department staff when necessary Willingness to learn and take on projects Ability to handle multiple changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes challenging situations and keeping management involved as needed Measures: Deliver Growth: Provide comprehensive support to team to enable delivery of plan and business priorities Create Efficiency: Meet SMART objectives to drive business results Drive Future Success: Support Management to provide them more time with front line Drive Cultural Change: Support Community projects Develop Others: Answer questions and deliver coaching & training Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,100 - $60,700. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave. Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days. Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually. Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year. Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay. Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.
