**About the Role**
This role focuses on keeping accurate financial records and reports, following instructions from management, and working mostly independently.
**As an Associate Accountant, your responsibilities will include:**
+ Keeping financial records that follow GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.
+ Creating financial performance reports for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
+ Reconciling balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
+ Using automated tools to update, analyze, and report financial data.
+ Prepare the month-end closing process.
+ Supporting internal and external audit processes.
+ Taking part in and helping coordinate business transformation projects.
**What is Required**
+ A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
+ Intermediate English (Technical Accounting English)
**Top Candidates also have:**
+ Knowledge in financial services, especially in lease and loan accounting.
+ Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and financial audits.
+ Familiarity with tools like Oracle, Salesforce, and Power BI.
+ Fluent English
