What will you be doing?

Manage: Evaluate and monitor sales, unit plans, projections, inventory flow and promotional strategies to maximum sales, margin and turn metrics. Perform on-going analysis and reporting of the current business (daily, weekly, monthly) Execute: Execute buying office functions: size and write orders, key MD, dropship set-up and maintenance. Ensure all buying and shipping deadlines are met, enabling product assortment to flow on time. Be the expert: Gain strong understanding of the OTB (Open to Buy), financial productivity, as well as retail and wholesale planning. Exhibit initiative to look beyond the everyday business to identify opportunities related to driving long and short-term goals. Travel to stores and/or markets to assist Account Merchant and Brand Ambassador. Support and Partner: Support the Account Merchant and the brand strategy to ensure all business and assortment planning responsibilities are executed to meet or exceed budget. Partner with Account Merchant to analyze all opportunities by category, region, climate, and consumer feedback, etc.

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience Preferred 2-4+ years buying/retail or wholesale/sales planning experience Experience with inventory/OTB planning tools Highly collaborative and passionate about providing support to key internal partners while maintaining a positive outlook; highly adaptable to change Microsoft Office Products, with advanced excel proficiency SAP and BI Experience a Plus
