In this pivotal position, you'll spearhead the growth of Kerry's renowned Taste and Nutrition portfolio, managing existing accounts while uncovering new opportunities for our diverse range of innovative products. Key responsibilities + Forge and sustain high-level relationships with key accounts. + Identify and seize new business opportunities through customized and integrated solution selling. + Conduct strategic account planning and research for optimal market penetration. + Drive year-over-year margin growth in line with account plans and budget targets. + Manage complex pricing models to meet customer expectations. + Keep leadership informed of market dynamics and strategic account developments. + Maintain accurate records and opportunity pipelines in Salesforce. + Collaborate with internal technology and business leaders for a unified go-to-market approach. + Support the overall strategic business direction. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute customer initiatives effectively. Qualifications and skills Qualifications: + Bachelors degree required; Culinary or Food Science degree preferred. + At least 3 years of relevant experience. + Strong consultative sales skills and strategic thinking. + Self-motivated with a robust work ethic. + Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills. + Solid business and commercial acumen. + Ability to work independently and drive results. + Proven track record of sustained year-over-year growth. + Experience in strategy development and execution. + Ability to articulate Kerrys unique value proposition. + Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Experience with supply chain processes and Salesforce. Location Requirement: This role must be based within a 60-mile radius of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Apply today and unlock your potential The typical hiring range for this role is $64,479.00 to $105,272.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
