Associate Account Executive- Property & Casualty

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh’s New York Headquarters as an Associate Account Executive. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations at both the support and administrative levels, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.

We will count on you to:

Become a member of Marsh's best-in- class team, delivering expert broking and strategic solutions to help clients manage risk with confidence.

Partner with senior Account Managers and Producers to address complex client needs and questions, enhancing the overall client experience.

Strive to meet sales goals and collaborate with senior team members to expand the book of business.

Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.

Gain exposure to key stakeholders and have develop strong business connections.

Maintain relationships with diverse clients, prospects, internal client teams, and markets to provide best-in-class service.

What you need to have:

Enthusiasm for the role insurance plays in helping businesses manage risk.

Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Experience or demonstrated interest in risk evaluation and management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use prepared analytics to support client recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and sustaining client relationships.

Familiarity with compliance, professional, and transparency standards in the insurance industry.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Experience in a client-facing role within the insurance or risk management industry.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive service mindset.

Bachelor's degree.

Broker license (preferred).

Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, cross-cultural acumen, and analytical/influencing abilities.

High engagement, curiosity, and a drive to grow across different segments, risk practices, and specialties.
