Cushman & Wakefield’s market leading Development & Strategic Advisory team is growing. We are looking to appoint a Senior Surveyor or Associate to join our Leeds office and support the continued growth of our development advisory offer across Yorkshire and the North of England.

Job Description

This is a key client-facing role offering exposure to major development and regeneration projects across both public and private sectors. You will work alongside a highly experienced team of professionals delivering commercially driven advice across a wide range of development uses including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and strategic land.
 

Key Responsibilities

Project management of a wide range of advisory and consultancy mandatesAdvising on market research, development strategy, site acquisition and disposal, development viability and financial modellingPreparing and reviewing development appraisals and feasibility studiesSupporting the delivery of complex regeneration projects and partnerships with public and private sector clientsDeveloping and appraising cases for financial investment from the public sector in property schemesProviding input into planning, land promotion and master planning processesNegotiating commercial terms and development agreementsCollaborating across service lines including Planning, Valuation, Capital Markets, and Agency

About You

MRICS qualified with relevant post-qualification experience Strong background in development consultancy, viability, or strategic landCommercially astute with an analytical mindsetStrong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client-facing situationsA team player with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplinesKnowledge of Yorkshire and Northern markets is advantageous but not essential
