Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring beneficial interactions with all clients • Show a strong understanding and application of Estate Law in day-to-day responsibilities • Display a thorough knowledge of estate planning procedures and regulations • Be adept at handling matters related to Probate & Estate Administration • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Revocable Trusts • Demonstrate experience with state and federal tax returns • Possess proficiency in using word processing and spreadsheet tools effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Estate Law is essential for this role. • Demonstrable experience in Estate Planning is required. • Ability to handle Estate Sales efficiently and effectively. • In-depth knowledge of Estate Tax and related regulations. • Experience in Probate & Estate Administration is a must.
