The Client:
This is an exciting opportunity for to join a leading independent financial advisory and investment house. Our client specialises in renewable energy and energy transition technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to support this growing and dynamic team; you will learn, work hard, and be paid for it!

The Role:
The Associate duties will include, but are not limited to:

Building and leading advanced financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A, project finance), ensuring accuracy and commercial relevance.Performing valuation and scenario analysis to support strategic advice and deal execution.Reviewing and enhancing models prepared by junior team members, ensuring consistency with best practices.Translating financial outputs into clear, actionable insights for client presentations and internal decision-making.Preparing high-quality client materials, including pitch books, investment memoranda, and board presentations.Coordinating due diligence and manage key workstreams across live transactions.Supporting origination through market analysis, tailored pitches, and relationship development in the renewable energy sector.

The successful Associate will have:

Strong interest in investment banking with solid understanding of renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills; excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Proven transaction experience from investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or relevant industry roles.Thrives under pressure in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders with clear, confident communication.Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong ownership of work.Fluent in English; additional European languages preferred.
