Employee will support team members and employees regarding clearing expenses on a timely manner. Extensive interaction with team members and employees, to identify problems and analyze information to develop and assist in implementing business processes. This role encompasses on supporting employees and team members as well as review expenses from employees.

Approve/Reject ExpensesFacilitate business requirement gathering and manage comprehensive project documentationEvaluate business needs and initiate quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to supportAssist in developing processes to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables, budget, and expensesAssist in preparing materials in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point to be presented within and outside of AP teamAssist in reporting for risk management itemsAssist team members for all project related tasksNo limitation to the scope and services AP provides to the company in its efforts to become Best in Class with premium systems and optimum processes to support its advancementMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related work experience in the field preferred.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the job offered or similar related field including but not limited to accounting or financePreferred Qualifications:
