Job Summary:
This person will be responsible for the execution of the Travel and Expense process in compliance with Textron Finance Shared Service Center policies procedures. They will have responsibilities related to Textron’s expense reporting system and credit card program. This position also includes responding to internal customer requests inquiries in support of the Travel and Expense processes.
Responsibilities:
Audit and approval of expense reports based on Textron and Business Unit (BU)policies and FAR regulations for defense businesses.Ensure an accurate and timely response is made to all customers.Assisting customers with reconciling their corporate card accountsAssisting with Sarbanes Oxley tasks and other internal control processesCreate and maintain desk top operating procedures.Accurately log all customer inquiry calls and emails.Processing and cancellation of corporate card accountsManage credit refunds and credit increases.Assist customers with expense reporting system.Continuously identify ways to eliminate waste in the current process and improve efficiency.Assist customers and BU with miscellaneous travel requests.Maintain a positive attitude and cooperative attitude with management, teammates, internal customers, and vendors.Manage corporate card delinquency program.Make decisions in relation to the execution of the Travel and Entertainment process within the definition and for escalation of decisions outside standard processes.Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal and compensation information about employees.Other miscellaneous tasks based on business need.Textron is a renowned global multi-industry company with a diverse portfolio spanning aerospace and defense, specialized vehicles, turf care, and fuel systems. High School or GED required.Prior experience with travel and entertainment and/or a customer role with basic knowledge of travel and entertainment processes preferred.Skills/Competencies:
Advanced understanding and strong work experience in customer serviceElevated level of analytical skills and problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced understanding detailed practical knowledge in travel and entertainment practices and processesGood concept and reasonable level of experience in working within a Shared Services environment.Ability to effectively and efficiently diagnosing and resolving customer issues.At Textron, we believe that thriving at work starts with balance.
