As an Associate, Trade Compliance on the Alcon’s Global Trade Compliance team you will be trusted to work on Alcon's trade compliance processes including, but not limited to, engaging in our complex restricted party screening (RPS) process for all business partners and supporting our Sanctions Compliance group.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Reviewing and analyzing daily matches in in SAP GTS (Alcon’s RPS software) to release false positives and escalate potential matchesWorking with the business and key stakeholders to manage blocking and unblocking customers, vendors, and banking partnersRegulatory analysis of relevant RPS dataSupporting Alcon’s Global Trade Compliance team as needed on projects, processes, and solutions.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
Bachelor’s degree in international Affairs, Business Administration or related fieldsThe ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate clearly in English.Travel up to 5%.2+ years of confirmed experience.Familiarity with SAP and GTS is a plus.Strong data analytic skills.Join Alcon’s mission to provide top-tier, innovative products and solutions that enhance sight, enhance lives, & help others "See Brilliantly!"
