We’re seeking an AVP/Associate to join our join our Australian Corporate Banking PAM team in Sydney. This role offers an opportunity to support Top Tier Local Corporate (TTLC) clients, make informed lending decisions to support business development, and contribute to the overall success of Citi’s Banking franchise. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a banking setting, with working knowledge of corporate finance, and understanding of client needs across a range of banking products and services. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of Citi’s organizational structure, support existing client needs, coordinate delivery of Citi’s extensive product suite, and ensure exceptional client relationship management, while adhering to all credit, regulatory and internal compliance standards. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Credit Risk Management** + Work in partnership with Institutional Credit Management & Underwriting to ensure credit requirements are met + Act as an escalation point for clients and liaising with internal teams where required to ensure Operations and Product are taking the appropriate steps and responsibility to resolve items raised by the clients. Escalate internally when required + Ensure continuous adherence to credit, risk and regulatory requirements for Citi’s lending activities + **Network Management** + Coordinate with Products teams to ensure appropriate credit limits are in place to support client activities + Support the co-ordination and execution of day-to-day credit requests from the GNB Network + Act as an escalation point for clients and liaising with internal teams where required to ensure Operations and Product are taking the appropriate steps and responsibility to resolve items raised by the clients.
