Associate, Sales Development - Live Expert, India Market
Job Description
We’re looking for a Live Expert to support the India market, handling both B2B and B2C customers. This role functions like a virtual retail sales representative, where you’ll engage with customers via live video sessions.
You’ll be required to go on camera, deliver interactive product demos, answer questions in real time, and guide customers through their purchasing journey—providing an in-store experience, virtually.
+ Host live product demo sessions via video for customers in the **India market**
+ Demonstrate and explain **IT hardware** products such as laptops, printers, and related accessories in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner
+ Engage with both **B2B and B2C** customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations
+ Answer customer questions in real time and guide them through the purchasing process
+ Maintain a **professional on-camera presence** and consistently represent the brand image
+ Stay updated on product specifications, promotions, and industry trends
+ Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the virtual customer experience
+ Track engagement metrics and share feedback on customer interactions for improvement
+ Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
+ Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and services to effectively assess customer requirements
+ Handle **competitive objections** and work to **retain and grow customer relationships**
**Requirements**
+ Fluent in **Hindi and English** to effectively engage with customers in the India market
+ Strong background in **IT hardware products** (e.g. laptops, printers, accessories), preferably in a **retail or live demo setting**
+ Experience handling both **B2B and B2C** customer segments
+ Prior experience supporting or selling to the **India market**
+ Comfortable with **on-camera presence** and conducting **live product demonstrations**
+ Excellent **negotiation skills**
+ Familiar with **CRM tools** to manage customer interactions and follow-ups
+ Willing to **relocate to Malaysia** for the role
+ Confident, engaging personality with strong **communication and presentation skills**
