Job Description

The Associate Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.

Responsibilities:

Generates revenue by converting prospects into customers. Based on experience this minimum set of skills has been found successful for performing the Service:Proficient use of selling skills to ensure consumers are sold the right products and services Cross/up-sell products and servicesProvide comparative and competitive product information about consumer productsPromote client brand by inspiring and educating customersTake product orders and process financial transactions (credit cards and financing applications) Assist customers with web based interactionsCapture customer profile information and interaction historyPass leads to the appropriate sales managerProvide order related assistance to customersReport web related problems or errors to client on a timely basisSubscribe customers to email newsletter or other direct marketing toolsWork with a team and report directly to a Sales ManagerAd hoc tasks given
