Summary

Provides analytical and problem solving working level support to ensure effective delivery of more than one HR Service.

Incumbents are fully qualified to execute job/role accountabilities working independently on most aspects of the job. Work is performed within established professional standards and practices. Tasks are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required to complete recurring assignments independently and to determine the best methods to follow to complete assignments. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results may have a negative impact on the divisions/departments operations, schedules, and/or performance goals.

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

Handling of employees’ master data and time management for China To ensure of Employees’ Personnel Master data are updated accurately for payroll processing To provide timely update and participates in daily data entry processing To generate and process weekly, monthly, ad-hoc Employees Master data related reports To assist department coordinator/recruiter/Site HR with day-to-day Employees Master data related responsibility Support employees’ queries and resolve cases raised in ServiceNow To ensure filing system accurately for audit compliance Perform system testing for system configuration change, upgrade or legal change Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

Candidate with minimum 1-year relevant experience or fresh graduates are encouraging to apply

Significant knowledge of legislation impacting the practice of human resources management.

Significant knowledge of company HR policies and practices, labor movement, arbitration proceedings.

Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in some or all of the following applications: Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Proficient in SAP is an added advantage. 

Able to communicate and write in Chinese is required as the applicants will deal for China's stakeholders or employees

Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner.

Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers.

Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work in a manner that allows for timely completion of projects.

Physical Demands Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment. Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required. Typical Experience Zero to two years relevant experience.
