Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
To provide analytical support for origination, execution, and distribution capabilities for corporate flow and event driven financings within the Leverage Acquisition Finance teamAssist with credit processing, execution, and distribution of Leverage AcquisitionFinance related business opportunitiesTo assist in support of the development and enhancement of corporate and financial sponsor client relationshipsTake the lead in the deal process and provide guidance to the deal team, to ensure smooth collaboration with all Corporate and Institutional Banking and Commercial Banking partners to service the clientAssist senior staff in delivery of consistent pricing and structural guidance across product and transaction spectrumDemonstrate clear awareness of the operational and reputational risk associated with Leverage Acquisition Finance and take accountability for minimizing Group exposure to riskSome careers have more impact than others.
