Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As an associate in the Madrid office, you will Support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services.

What will you do?

Assisting in execution of mandated dealsAssisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materialsGathering public information through numerous sourcesCreating financial model analysesGenerating discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation metricsBuilding company forecast modelsDrafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and/or sell-side assignmentsProducing and maintaining various databasesGeneral research

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

University degree or equivalentInvestment banking experience or equivalentDemonstrable Investment Banking transaction experience and a comprehensive understanding of the valuation approaches typically usedExperience in preparing infrastructure and/or energy valuation models from scratchHardworking, enthusiastic and professional work ethicSound judgement with strong analytical skills and high attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levelsTeamwork approach with colleaguesStrong analytical skills (financial modelling) with high attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
