Associate, Internal Order Management (with French)

What will you be doing?

You’ll be part of the FRABENE Order Management Team, supporting a newly added process focused on loan request planning for our customers in France. Your day will be filled with coordinating orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and working closely with in-country Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional service. You’ll also support order entry for Sales and Consignment Orders across France, Belgium and the Netherlands, helping us meet and exceed departmental targets.

Manage all aspects of loan planning requests for France, ensuring timely and accurate processing

Support order entry and management for Sales and Consignment Orders across France, Belgium and the Netherlands

Collaborate with in-country Customer Care teams to ensure alignment and clear communication with customers

Contribute to the adoption and optimisation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and ESKER systems to achieve the “Perfect Order”

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being detail-oriented, proactive and a great communicator. You’ll be someone who enjoys problem solving and thrives in a collaborative environment.

0–2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in customer care or order management

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Fluent English and French

SAP experience preferred, along with strong MS Office skills

Strong attention to detail, flexibility and a proactive approach to problem solving

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-first mindset
